Insurance company providing low cost health care to numerous New Yorkers. The company occupied half of a floor, and was expanding to take over the entire space. The company had a dated design, but wanted to continue with their essential design elements. The design and construction team worked with the corporate stakeholders on a “detective hunt” for the original plans and design materials to match up with the new floor plan, fixtures, and furniture. After extensive research, the design team successfully matched up the entire plan to existing and historical materials.
