This apartment suffered extensive water damage, mold, and asbestos problems. The family had hired and gone through two separate contractors before we stepped in to ensure the project was completed- on budget, and compliant with both the clients’ wishes and New York law.
RED by Brenner met with the clients and put them at ease. We began by supervising the remediation of all the mold and asbestos. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely overhauled and given a new and more functional design. All new hardwood floors were then installed to contrast with the bright colors in each of the rooms.
Light fixtures and ceiling fans were installed to bring in more light and cut down on energy costs. RED by Brenner kept the clients up-to-date with all developments, made sure the materials were delivered on time and the contractors finished the work on time.
